Returns & Exchanges

At ACLER, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring the security seal and tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
